The Spaghetti Tree Harvest

Oh - April Fools!

On April Fools' Day in 1957 a news show on BBC aired footage of Swiss "Spaghetti Farmers" picking spaghetti from trees. The fake footage was aired as a joke, but viewers called in to find out how they could grow their own spaghetti trees. Instead of coming clean, the BBC cheekily replied, "place a sprig of spaghetti in a tin of tomato sauce and hope for the best."

Life In A Day - 1 day in the life of us all!

 On July 24, 2010, thousands of people around the world uploaded uploaded their day to You Tube to take part in an historic even called Life In A Day! While over an hour and a half - well worth your time as this film truly shows how connected we all really are!

Oscar-winning director, Kevin McDonald took over 4500 hours of footage from around the world and wowed the audiences at the Sundance festival this year as it wow us!
 (please note their are a few scenes that are graphic, language may be a bit adult in places, but these are real people, real life on a real day all over our world!)
