September 9-11 2001 Tribute - May We Never Forget!

This is one of the more moving tributes of that terrible day when America was attacked. We Need to Remember and Never Forget the people we lost that day, the brave everyday people who were the true heroes and the rest of who's lives it changed forever!

As September 11 2009 approaches, I think back on what was I doing the moment I first learned or heard of this terrible event; I was at the eye doctors waiting for an appointment and starred at the tv screen and did not move for almost an hour, I called Marilyn (who was home recovering from surgery) which she said seemed so minimal after hearing this.

What were you doing when you first learned of this tragic event?

This video is about 5 minutes long but well worth it!

It's In Every One Of Us

We have decided to do something with this blog that we did not originally intend to do. In the beginning, we started the blog with the thought that this would be a good way to promote our website, business, and increase sales; along with being entertaining. Wrong!

So many wonderful stories and experiences have come our way, via the web, from friends and in life, that we have decided to dedicate this blog to sharing them (don't worry, we will still do a fair amount of shameless self promotion here and there...after all, you deserve a great deal on great fashions from WiseSize).

This video, I cannot embed, but it is a wonderful tribute to the human spirit, which is what this blog will be about from now on! Thank you! Ken & Marilyn - WiseSize

It doesn't matter how many times you fall down - it's how many times you get up!

Old Chinese Proverb "fall down 7 times, get up 8"

We all fall down sometimes, whether it's our diet, exercise, goals and probably just about everything else. And here is the good news - We will again! the key is getting back up. This video explains it far better than I ever could. I hope you find it inspirational and as heartwarming as I did and will watch it often:
